Delete your Ferchr account

If you find photos of yourself (guest account)

1. Open the Ferchr app (or your photos page on ferchr.com).
2. Tap More, then Privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your saved face (and your children’s) is deleted straight away, and you’re signed out on every device. Thirty days later we delete everything else: your list of photos, the hosts you follow, your family members, your notification settings, and your name, email and phone. Signing in during those 30 days keeps your account.

Only want your face gone? Tap Delete my face data instead. Your account and the photos you already have stay; new photos stop finding you until you save a selfie again.

If you host events or take photos (creator account)

Email privacy@ferchr.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Ferchr account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

This deletes your account, your events, every photo you uploaded and their face data, your team access and your public page.

What we keep

Records of payments (amount, date, and the buyer’s email or phone) are always kept, as tax and accounting law requires; they are no longer linked to your account. Nothing else is kept.

To delete only some data without closing your account, for example one photo of you or your saved face, use the options in the app or write to privacy@ferchr.com.
